Design:
Your website should communicate your message and promote your services and/or products. To do that, people need to be able to view it promptly and thoroughly. We recommend a site that's fast to load and one that can be properly viewed with any major browser. To that end, we don't use browser-dependent "goodies" such as Front Page extensions. Nor do we use eye candy like Flash animation that require the viewer to download a plug-in to view the site. Instead, we rely on professional design work to make a site stand out and do its job. Building corporate identity is a must in the business world. Your logo should be on all your promotional work, including your website. Send us a clean, full-color version so we can digitize it for site use. For best quality, a large original (between three and seven inches square) is preferred. If you don't have a logo we can design one for you.

While using full-color photos in the print world means a lot of extra expense, the Web is a whole other story. We recommend liberal use of photographs, preferably candid shots as well as close-ups of products. Send us original photos (no negatives or slides) and we’ll return them after completion.

Mercury Package — a single page website. You receive one web page (up to 200 words), up to three graphics, and up to three links. This package level uses text navigation and basic background colors.

Silver Package — an entry-level website. You receive three web pages (up to 200 words each), up to six graphics, and up to five links. This package level uses text navigation and basic background colors.

Gold Package — a business-level website. It includes up to six web pages (up to 200 words each), up to 12 graphics, and up to 15 links. You choose from a wide range of stock backgrounds as well as stock buttons and bars.

Platinum Package — a corporate-level website. You get up to 12 web pages (up to 200 words each), up to 25 graphics, and up to 30 links. This package includes a custom-designed background along with custom buttons and bars.

E-commerce:
If you need a shopping cart for online purchases, e-commerce can be added to any of our packages. Our shopping cart software allows customers to view, add, and/or delete items until they're ready for their final checkout. It can be designed to accept credit cards for either online or offline processing.

There's a set-up fee for e-commerce as well as maintenance costs for making changes to the shopping cart, but it doesn't require any fixed additional monthly fees as with some companies. We use open source software so there's no licensing fees. The only additional costs may be for increased bandwidth use on your hosting account.

Maintenance:
We don't believe in charging high monthly maintenance fees to cover updating and changing websites. Instead, we only bill for maintenance work as it's done. For large sites that require monthly upkeep, we can estimate what that will be, but most websites don’t need such regular service.
